§ 66-2. Applications for street construction; approval required.

No existing curbs or gutter shall be altered and none shall be hereafter constructed on any street or state highway within the city until a written application, on forms furnished by the department of public works, together with a sketch of the work to be done, is received and approved by the superintendent of public works.
